Fantasy Snacks

OK, so B thinks I'm crazy, but he combined three ingredients into a pregnant lady's favorite snack mix--raisins, peanuts, and M&Ms. This mixture sounds simple and you may have even had it before at a baby shower or other event because I'm sure I have, but I feel I have rediscovered it in an entirely new light. It fulfuils so many of the cravings I have. Salty, sweet, chocolate, protein...And when I combine a handful of this stuff with a glass of orange juice...mmmm.

Huzzah!

My man returneth!

In other news, I was told today that I had that "glow" people talk about. Made me feel much less like I should have some type of small satellite in my orbit.

One is the loneliest

J is in NYC until Thursday presenting his paper, A Cooperative Method for Large Scale Test Assembly at the National Council on Measurement in Education. (Yes, he's as awesome as he sounds). B is here, so it's not so lonely until I see only one toothbrush in the bathroom before I go to bed. I sure miss my man!

Last night's dream:
I ordered two White Castles hamburgers, no onions, onion rings (I know, but it's onion in a different form), a strawberry milk shake, and a Big Red. Yummy!

Unfortunately, there isn't a White Castle for miles, but Harris Teeter does sell the frozen version. However frozen White Castles make me nervous, and can the taste be replicated?

Preggy Dreams

Last night's feature presentation in my preggy mind was a dream about a buffet. The mom from "Arrested Development" made a huge meal that filled a table that looked a lot like the one at the tea party in Disney's Alice in Wonderland. There was ravioli, pizza, flatbread pizzas with smoked rib meat on them and tomatoes, salads, and more.

Jon's dream was that his left eyebrow was replaced by a scar. I think he wins.
